Engelhart Cooks with West End Democrats

On Saturday morning, Mike put his world famous dish, tortilla de patatas, into the engelhart4judge.com 2008 green hybrid and coasted silently, in electric-only mode, over to the Rice Military area. There he met with the West End Democrats. There were about 20 Democratic candidates at this pot-luck breakfast. We got to introduce ourselves to this lively and attentive group.

We explained the importance of voting straight-ticket this year, or at least voting in every race all the way down the November ballot.

Our hosts had a lovely home tucked away just north of Memorial, just west of Shepherd. It's a beautiful area, and the Democrats as a slate of candidates were very thankful for the opportunity to spend the morning with the West End Democrats.
