Engelhart Attends GLBT Caucus Meeting and Howard Nations Fundraiser
On Wednesday evening, Mike attended the HGLBTPC endorsement meeting. Several prominent local candidates were present and got to speak to the group, including Chief C.O. Bradford, the Democratic nominee for District Attorney, Adrian Garcia, the Democratic nominee for Sheriff, and Michael Skelly, CD-7 nominee.
Prior to the speeches and the votes on endorsements, the Caucus held a wonderful reception and Mike had a great chance to speak with the Caucus leadership, as well as mingle with current City Council members and meet some first time Caucus meeting attendees.
After that the engelhart4judge.com 2008 green hybrid cruised over to The Sterling Mansion on Yoakum Street for a fundraiser thrown by local attorney Howard Nations. The Mansion is a beautifully restored home/office, and the event was packed. It was beautifully coordinated with strolling troubadours. The event was a terrific success.
