Harris County Democratic Party Holiday Event was SRO!
CHRISTMAS DONKEYI was so charged up by the excitement at the Third Ward community center auditorium on Wednesday night, that I lost my voice screaming. The room was packed (SRO) with activists, candidates and their volunteers. More and more Democrats are throwing their hats in the ring in anticipation of the 2008 Democratic blowout brewing in Harris County.
The entertainment (martial arts and dance performers) was magnificent. The food looked good, but I was too busy meeting new friends and supporters, as well as some old ones, to eat anything.
Congratulations to Gerry B. and the HCDP staff and all the volunteers for their hard work and dedication. It was an amazing experience.
