Engelhart4judge.com Welcomes Black History Month.

As February starts, so does the month-long celebration and reflection period of Black History Month. Black History Month was apparently started as Negro History Week in 1926 by Carter G. Woodson, and carried forward by the The Association for the Study of African-American Life and History (ASALH). In 1976, they ASALH extended that week-long period into African History Month. It is held in February because it encompasses the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass.
Engelhart4judge.com extends its best wishes to the African-American community of Harris County during this time. Mike Engelhart has represented hundreds of African-American clients in his professional career in many types of cases, including personal injury, civil rights and business litigation. He has vigorosly supported African-Americans running for office in Houston, Harris County, and statewide. He is counting heavily upon their support this year as he seeks to be elected the next judge of the 151st Civil District Court.
